The median home price per square foot in Utah for a house built since January 2006 and sold after January 1, 2008 is $106.28. The median price sold for these same homes is $296,000.

The average price per square foot for all homes sold in Utah since January 1, 2008 is $108.30. The average home price sold in Utah so for this year (year-to-date 2008) is $249,590.
